Pinch Valves

Rhinoflex Pinch Valves are a full bore or reduced bore valve, with a rubber sleeve. This replacement rubber sleeve can be manufactured in all elastomeric materials like SBR, Hypalon, Neoprene, butyl, NR, EPDM, Etc. Predominantly, Pinch Valves are high abrasion resistant valves, and can also be corrosion resistant valves, depending upon the choice of sleeve material.

They consist of a no-clogging sleeve that is pinched closed, by mechanical or pneumatic means, to control the flow, and can come in an Enclosed Body pinch valve or and Open Frame pinch valve design. The replacement rubber sleeves are the only wetted part and are the heart of the valve. These are easy maintenance valves, as just by changing the sleeve, the valve can be repaired and serviced again. They can be used for Flow Control or ON -OFF isolation applications. Pinch valves can be automated pinch valves or manual pinch valves, depending on the required performance.
